Disektor (disektor.com, including the DISEKTOR // ARTIFACTS Lab at /disektlab) keeps data collection to a minimum. This page explains what is collected and how to opt out.

What is collected

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic — how many people visit, which pages they read, what country and referrer they arrive from, and which links they interact with (for example, downloading PARASEQ or subscribing). This is used to improve the site and the audio tools. There are no ads and no sale of personal data.

Cookies & consent

Analytics run with Google Consent Mode v2 set to denied by default. No analytics cookies are stored until you press Accept in the consent banner. If you choose Decline, no analytics cookies are set and only privacy-preserving, cookieless measurement (if any) applies. Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage so you are not asked again.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is sent to Kit (ConvertKit) to deliver release announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time from the footer of any email. Subscribing is entirely optional.

Embedded content

Some pages embed third-party players (Bandcamp, Instagram). Those services may set their own cookies when their embeds load. See each provider’s privacy policy for details.

Your choices
